Our practice believes that cost should never stand in the way of quality dental care, and that is why our team is dedicated to providing our patients with care that is both high quality and affordable. We give thoughtful consideration about our treatment plans and provide breakdowns of all applicable fees, as part of good communication with you and your family about any costs before treatment is administered.

We will make every effort to help you receive your eligible insurance benefits, but please keep in mind that in the end, you are personally responsible for your account with us.

Heritage Dental Associates is committed to helping you or your family maximize your available insurance benefits. Our practice will file dental insurance claims as a courtesy to our patients, however, our practice does not guarantee payment from insurance. Heritage Dental is not responsible for providing patients with the plan limitations, exclusions, and provisions determined by their insurance company. Insurance is a contract between the patient and their insurance company thus Heritage Dental is not responsible for letting patients know whether our practice is in-network or not with their insurance plan. As a courtesy, our office will work with patients to help determine our network status with their specific plan, however, ultimately it is the patient’s responsibility. Benefits are determined by the plan selected by you and/or your employer and we are not a party to this contract. The terms of your contract, methods of reimbursement, and determination of your benefits are defined by your insurance company and not Heritage Dental Associates.

At any point you change insurance companies or join another employer’s plan or group plan, please let us know about this as soon as possible.
